Python Job: Software Developer

We are looking for a Python Facilitator who will work on our client project specialized in banking sector. You will join the Data analytics Tool team.

The team provides guidance, methodology and best practices to employees to ensure them to be autonomous and in line with the self-service philosophy on our shared Python computational platform and our Tableau Visualization tools.

The role will cover the following responsibilities:

• 
  Participate in the animation, development, governance and maintenance of the Analytics and Tools Product.
  
• Develop onboarding, support and coaching processes for the self-service python Platform
  
• Onboard new users and support them to get started on the various services provided by the ANT product
  
• Create and animate the community via various internal events (e.g. dedicated sessions, demos, webinars).
  
• Support end-users developing a great variety of Python applications and scripts on our self-service python platform
  
• Support end-users on issues related to Tableau platforms.
  
• Monitor internal policies application and act accordingly in case of non-respect.
  
• Plan, organise and follow-up platform upgrades
  
• This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic consultant, who would be working on an exciting program.

Profil

• Strong knowledge and experience with Python and Git.
  
• A previous Coaching, Training or Teaching experience is a must, along with strong communication skills.
  
• Experience with Tableau products (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server)
  
• Knowledge of Data Analysis applications and packages (pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, …)
  
• Knowledge of Gitlab and the CI/CD workflows.

Nice to Have :

• 
  Dashboard design experience and familiarity with best practices around visualization and design
  
• Knowledge of Web applications and API development (eg. Flask, HTML, JavaScript).
  
• Some Understanding of Infrastructure Deployment (AWS, Kube, Docker, etc.) is a definite advantage.
  
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile.
  
• R knowledge is a plus.
